'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...

'Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. '
