'Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

'El Cuarto estaba muy limpio y la Propiedad está súper bien porque tiene su muelle y puedes estar nadando ahí agusto, lo único malo es que pasando la media noche empezaron a usar como un martillo, como si estuvieran trabajando en esa habitación y justo quedaba abajo de nuestro cuarto, y después a las 3 am igual, Lo malo es que por más que llamamos a recepción nunca nos contestaron.'

'The location was amazing, conveniently located in the Zona Hotelera, right in front of the large shopping center and restaurants in Puerto Cancun. The place was beautiful, spacious, and we all had an amazing time. The communication from the host was prompt and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the Zona Hotelera.'

'The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.'

'No me gustó la ubicacion, ya que se ve que no es un lugar seguro para hospedarse, está en medio de bodegas y en un patio industrial de difícil acceso a personas que no llevan auto propio. Y que al reservar no te hacen comentarios al respecto de la ubicación. Por lo que no pude hospedarme ahí ya que no me sentí segura, fue un viaje pagado SIN UTILIZAR. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y nuevas. Solo la ubicación no es segura.'
