'Check in experience was poor. The hotel was hours late in providing our room upon check in at the correct time. But after a few words with management we were upgraded and couldn’t have been happier with our room and the service from then on.'

'This property is amazing! The grounds are absolutely immaculate and stunningly beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous, food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff were all amazing. The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return! '
