'There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. 'The condo looked like the photos, except it was deceiving because it looked like there was a balcony, but there wasn't. Decor was modern. Plenty of hangers. The rooftop was very nice for relaxing or working. Cleaners need to clean under cabinets and touch points. A/C worked well. No English channels and couldn't log into Netflix account in English either - guy couldn't help. No hot water day 2, they adjusted, but barely enough hot water for one to shower.
