'This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. The previous reviews helped a lot...bring water shoes is the biggest! We meet a wonderful neighbor that shared some great informant as well and we felt so welcome. 10/10...

'We had a very relaxing stay at casita Kin-ha! The space was exactly as described. We were able to use the provided bicycles to go into town for groceries and tour around. The bikes could use a bit more maintenance as we had to pump up the tires a few times, and it would be great if all were equipped with lights. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude. 'Miguel and Liza were incredible. We had Miguel’s dinners twice & everything was SO good. We booked the massage, and the airport shuttle transfer. The owners were so helpful with everything & payment at the end was very easy. Any questions were quickly answered. I felt like we were at a hotel! We had 6 people staying, with so much extra space. 'We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. 'We really enjoyed this property. It is tucked into the jungle, quiet, peaceful, very safe. It is just a few miles from the center of Puerto Morelos, and convenient for daytripping to other places - Valladolid, Ek Balam, cenotes, Playa del Carmen. We had a little confusion about getting let to gated community, but the hosts were able to quickly straighten it out. I guess I would rather have the guards be overzealous than to let just anyone in. 'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English.
