'This house was charming and perfect for our family of seven including dogs. House was really cool with lots of interesting rooms, a craft cottage and a yurt! Upper level deck could see the water and was fun. The backyard was perfect and fenced in for our pooches. Kitchen was outstanding too. Minutes walking to the beach. Kay was a terrific host… all in all …A perfect home for our vacay!!! '

'Check in was a breeze, communication with property manager was flawless, and kitchen facilities were used with no problems. The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. We look forward to returning for our stay in the future. Highly recommend this location/property to friends and family. Thank you again!'

'The house is very spacious. The bedrooms had sparse furnishings, but living room, kitchen, and dining room had plenty of seating. Overall, the house was wonderful for our party of 6. Communication was great with the owner, and prompt response to any issues.'

'From what we were told, we were the second guests to stay at this property, so there were a few bumps at the start. The house wasn’t fully clean upon arrival, but after some persistence the owner sent the cleaner back. That delayed our check-in, but it was taken care of. A few essentials were also missing, and once notified, the owner responded quickly and resolved everything so we could enjoy our stay.Parking can be tricky. The long driveway is shared with another unit, so if someone pulls in...

'I definitely would stay here again. The host is very gracious and wants her guests to enjoy their stay. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and South Shore mall. The property is spacious inside with a large living room/sleeping area and generous bathroom. It was very clean and in good condition. It does have a refrigerator with freezer although it is pretty small. There is a private entrance and access to a nice back yard. '

'To sum it up, we didn't want to leave! Such a beautifully restored home in a great location with all the modern conveniences. Very well equipped kitchen, and added touches throughout the home for our comfort. Very easy check in and check out. Communication was great. '
