'Absolutely love this place!'

'This was one of our favorite vacations as a family and a huge part of that was the property and home. It is hard to ask for any more than a beautiful home with plenty of space and a property that allows for beach lounging and kayaking.It was a great trip for our pets, as well, who loved playing in the yard and in the sand. They also kept an eye on the family of deer that regularly walked through the yard.The owner was great as well, responding to messages quickly and there were no issues...

'We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.'

'Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. '

'We really loved our stay on Whay's Creek. The house was well-prepared, and there were so many extra special touches, like bait for the crab pots, fishing lights in the water, and kayaks and paddle boards ready to use. We hope to be back again!'
