'This is a very busy area, but this house was located just past most of the craziness. Would stay again.'

'The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.'

'The view from this condo is incomparable. Because there is no one above you on the veranda, you have a full expansive view of the sky, a large portion of the beach, as well as Eastern lake. I was amazed the entire time. I spent countless hours on the veranda watching dolphins, osprey, seagulls, sunrise, sunset. I even saw two North American bald eagles perched by Eastern lake! 'There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. '
