'Outstanding property. Well maintained and well equipped. The pool was great. Location only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach wagon in the renters closet made the walk to the beach with our beach gear even easier. Outstanding communication with the owner. This is our third year in a row to vacation in this area - Miramar Beach first time, Destin Crystal Beach last year. Santa Rosa Beach was by far the best location and this was the best property. If we come back to this area again next...

'My first time staying at a boutique hotel. It wasn’t beach themed, but it was very clean, quiet, and spacious. I wish the TV stand in the bedroom was a dresser or chest of drawers with a TV on top because there were no drawers for clothes. We stayed 4 nights, so it would have been nice to be able to put our clothes in drawers and put our suitcases out of the way in the closet.'

'There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. '
