'This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, and parking to host 14 people with a very beautiful backyard and the pool was nice and warm!! Kitchen has all you need, plenty of linens and towels not to mention the beach is very close to the home. The host also responds quickly if you have any questions. I have no complaints and it was exactly what we needed!'

'This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area.'

'This was a very lovely home. It was spacious enough for all our guest. All the rooms, and baths were very nice, and clean. Location was great. Seemed pretty close to all the places we planned to visit including Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group. *Only suggestion I might add is that the dishware be better cleaned as leftover food was found on several plates. Overall this was an absolute beautiful home and the lay out was perferct.'

'We enjoyed our stay in St Pete and the house was well equipped with a nice view of a small pond in the back yard with plenty of outdoor space. The location was close to the beaches and convenient to shopping and 25 minutes from downtown St Pete. A good place for family stays.'

'Overall, loved the home, location, and pool. My only complaint is the strong cleaning smell on the first day. Not sure what chemical is being used but a little strong for us. The cleaning smell dissipated after a couple of hours. The home owner was very nice letting us store our luggage in the garage prior tour visit and also allowing us a late check out. I would definitely stay they again.'
