'Impressed the first day we got there… that’s as far as it went. Each floor was a different temperature. Then, no water in the house at all. Maintenance couldn’t figure it out. We were told it was an outage in the county but 2 neighbors has water and the hotel that we ended up at did too. They did refund us for 2 nights that we didn’t stay. Nothing like packing and moving your family at 11:00 pm!'

'I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! '
