'Great location. Overall fine hotel. The only reasons for the average rating instead of good/great, is: there is only one elevator for a quite large hotel with around 15 floors. This means the wait time for the elevator is quite long, and often when it opens, it is already full (the elevator is not big), so you have to wait another few minutes. The second reason: the room felt a bit outdated, and smelled a bit "old". Lastly, it was around 30 degrees in my room (in winter!); I tried to get the...

'Great stuff💜'

'The hotels overall appearance is really nice. The staff was really friendly. The food and drinks on the rooftop were really nice, it’s a shame the pool was closed even when temperatures reached 34 degrees. I know it says that it’s open from June, but when it’s 34 degrees just a week before June, you should just open it really. '

'Location of the hostel is fantastic, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and neat rooms. I will highly recommend this hostel for a short stay.'

'Very well located, friendly host, airconditioning, clean and all pretty new'

'Very helpful with information , location is very good to be in the city center and visit the touristic places.'

'Very nice hotel located within walking distance of Bernabeu and public transport. Nice spacious and clean room. Breakfast was incredible and diner in the restaurant of the hotel was also very good'

'Nice hotel but terrible cheap beds!'
