'The location of this property was excellent with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Had no problem finding adjacent street parking. A few issues were noted at check in, but the host addressed them promptly. The smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent, so if you have allergies or sensitivities to that, please keep it in mind.'

'Beautiful property in the heart of Lawrenceville. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host was excellent.'

'Convenient spot, classic Pittsburgh styled house, accommodations matched the description '

'There was limited parking but I did arrive pretty late though. When I walked in it was SO HOT in there but the host was quick to add another air conditioner unit to the home which cooled the place down quickly! Great customer service and would gladly use this company again!'

'Property is setup for easy check-in and check-out. It was clean and quiet.'

'Great location and great price.'

'A beautiful property with excellent location. I have never had such clear and abundant information. The courtesy was above what I could have hoped for. Would highly recommend.'

Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.'

'Nice area near downtown without the price. '

'Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention...
