'Another great stay at this clean and cool cabin in the middle of so much wildlife! Deer and turkeys frequented the backyard and no shortage of birds, hogs, alligator, fox, and armadillo in and around the refuge. Loved it!'

'I can’t say enough about our stay in Darien. Our host was generous in sharing details about the area and they were the kindest folks. The place was so cute and every small detail was on point. We travel with our dog and they provided a welcoming place for him as well. This home is in walking distance to the cute little town and the locals were all friendly. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay with Susan and Kenny again, they were excellent hosts and the home...

'Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel.'

'We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. '

'Great time with my seven grand daughters ((and granddaughters in law and potential granddaughters in law). Played lots of games, made souvenier t-shirts and ate too well. A few bugs (squeamish girls!) and the house could be updated a bit, but it appeared to be very clean with lots of comforts and a very well equipped kitchen. Mornings on the dock were delightful and the changing tides made the view different everytime we were there. Loved our time together!!!'

'The host is prompt and professional with communication. The property is very clean and the a/c works nicely in the main bedroom that we use. It’s a great location for a quick stroll to dinner after a day in the car in transit. Will stay again!'
