'We were seeking a romantic getaway Valentine’s Day weekend. What we received was anything but. Supposedly the hobbit house was part of the White lotus echo resort spa which included various sauna, spas, cold, plunges, etc. when we got there late in the evening there was no directions no instructions and we finally found the “spa area” where nothing was on, or did not work. But the absolute atrocious part was that there were feral cats running around all over the property, pawing and scratching...

'This property is gorgeous! Lovely views, deck, hot tub, open spacious living area, great wood stove. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to read the fine print-the third king bedroom doesn’t have walls, just a moveable screen. Not an issue for our group but could be for some. '1st we get there didn’t get the lockbox code so I called they gave us a code it didn’t work? Then was told i was at the wrong place ?? Which I wasn’t ! Then they call back with another code it worked finally after 40 minutes of our arrival! Then the WiFi username & code didn’t work spent 3hrs talking to them to resolve that issue ! So our 1st night was spent dealing with issues that we shouldn’t have had too ! Then later that night the heat worked for about an hour & then it went out . I called...
