'We loved this beautiful mountain inn. The room is spotless and well-appointed, with a splendidly comfortable bed. The front porch is a fabulous place to sit in a rocker and watch the world go by. The creekside trail is a lovely walk with picnic spots to use as desired. The outdoor hot tub is a joy to the senses and tired muscles. 'We stayed here for our anniversary and we loved it. The house itself is beautiful inside and out. Great spaces to convene for a tasty drink and a room to play a little pool. This Inn is in walking distance to downtown. Quite a lovely stroll, passing by history galore. '

'Beautiful property and views. Stayed overnight with my Shepherd as we traveled back home on a long trip. Great open property to walk with my dog. Large basement rental with large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Plenty of TVs too! Being a basement rental, I could hear the family walking around upstairs so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Private gated entrance, nice patio, and private entrance to basement. 'We stayed at Unicorn Hollow while we were in the area to attend the Va Scottish Games that were only about 3 miles away. It was a prefect location for us but the remote location, long gravel driveway, and poor cell service may be a problem for some. The host was fantastic! He check on us several times without being intrusive. gave us very nice recommendations for meals, and even invited us to attend a polo match with his family. '
