'There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did. It seems to be a combo of a post rehab facility and motel for people who want a less expensive room. There is a microwave in the foyer. It is very difficult to fill the electric jug as the bathroom sink was very narrow.No plates. Good parking, close to bus stops and good food options nearby. I left early as had an opportunity...

'Great place to stay. We overnighted here on a trip from Auckland to Bali. Airport is so close to the hotel. Made it really easy. Room was immaculate and staff very polite. Two things: Taxi's seem unnecessarily expensive for such a short drive. Would be better if the Hotel arranged a free shuttle for travellers, or at least a more affordable option for groups of 3 or more. Disappointed they didn't play the Australia Fifa World Cup match at breakfast too!'

'Ontbijt was zeer slecht verzorgd. Er was brood om te roosteren met zoet beleg (jam en nutella). Geen kaas, vlees of ei. Wel 3 soorten seriels met melk. Helaas geen yoghurt. Koffie, thee en melk (ook amandel), Geen jus d orange of vruchtensap, wel water. Een appel of sinasappel als fruit na.'

'De receptioniste was werkelijk ontzettend lief en vriendelijk! Ze hielp me waar kon, steeds met een lach en een empathische houding. Uitmuntend!'
