'No elevator, carrying luggages to 3rd floor with no staff to help was hard. Location is excellent 2 min from Gora station and cable car to major attraction in Hakone is a plus. Any food or bus stops are 12-14 min walk but the only way is through a very hard long stairs.'

'De damestoiletten waren schoon. De hetentoiletten waren smerig. De douche was heel goed en schoon. De keuken was oud, bruin door ouderdom en aangekoekte oud vet en heel smerig. Er waren geen borden, bijna geen bestek. Ook geen mes, kortom dramatisch slecht de keuken. Er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Heel raar. Er was wel een goed werkende magnetron. Er was een goed werkende wasmachine. Er was geen stoel of tafel in de kamer. Zitten in de kamer kon alleen op de vloer. Heel raar. Er was geen...
