'The owner provided very helpful info starting from directions to get there from the train station (or even via drive or taxi), to a smooth check-in process, to clear and simple house rules, to wifi access, and even to the English instructions (with pictures) of each remote control unit and appliances in the house! 'We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area '
