'Strangely, the ice maker had never been hooked up to the water supply. We called front desk and someone immediately came up and fixed it. The shower fixture is quite fancy with many bells and whistles but needs directions how it all works before a person spends 10 minutes figuring it out.'

'Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure.'

'The unit size, layout, and location were very good. The leather furniture needs to be replaced. The cushions are sagging, worn and very uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed in the southeastern bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Three of the box fans are broken and do not work.'

I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage.
