'Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. Didn’t find the public buses to be as easy or convenient to use so we used cabs or walk.'

'perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! 'Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. '

'La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars '

'The staff were so helpful here. The place has character and the location is amazing close to the chairlift and can see the mountain from the room. The room has everything we needed and loved the onsen. Breakfast was typical Japanese style but as a buffet so could help yourself and you could ski straight into the warm room to leave our equipment. '

'Great place to access the village and restaurants. A short walk to the Happo One bus terminal so it was easy to get to all of the ski areas of Happo Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice bonus that we weren’t expecting. '
