'When we arrived for check in, the security guard did not have our name on the list and asked us to contact the company that owns the property. We tried to message through VRBO and that wasn’t working so we took it upon ourselves go find the number for Vandell Vacations. We spoke to two different women over the course of 3 hours who could not get us into the property and continued to say that this had never happened before. The last woman we spoke to claimed to call VRBO and try to find us...

'Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. The restaurant in the pool area...
