'The apartment was so nice and spacious. My only 2 complaints is about the check in procedure. It would've been easier to understand if it had just stated use the parking garage elevators up to your floor. The whole note about using the walkway with the glass door was hard to find. My last complaint is that the curtains really weren't big enough to cover the whole witdows and it was very bright in our rooms at night from outside lighting. they need the pull down shades that block all the...

'We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week.'
