'Pros: Tolles Haus, super sauber, schöne Anlage.
Einfache und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie mit dem Personal vor Ort.
Es gab alles, was es für eine tolle Woche braucht. Gefreut hat uns auch die Waschküche.
Cons: Eigentlich ist es kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, da es uns nicht sehr gestört hat.
Jedoch war es schon wärmer (wir hatten eine ordentliche Hitzeperiode) und die Unterkunft besitzt keine Klimaanlage.
Wie gesagt, nice to have aber kein K.O. Kriterium für diese tolle...

'Le logement est bien situé, proche de l'autoroute. Le stationnement est bien pratique car à coté du gîte. Le logement en lui même etait tres propre, tres fonctionnel et une literie impéccable. L'accueil au top. On y retournera sans hésitation'

'Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. 'Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. 'Pros: Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Kaution wurde nach dem Urlaub innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurückgezahlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Cons: Da etwas außerhalb ist ein Mietauto unbedingt erforderlich, was aber kein Problem für uns war.'

'Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales.
