'Het is een sober ingericht appartement met enkele hotel faciliteiten. De omschrijving op Vrbo doet echter meer vermoeden. Na vragen/klachten hierover leek in eerste instantie een oplossing te komen. Maar plotsklaps werd er via email in het spaans gecommuniceerd en stopte de communicatie helemaal toen ik (net als daarvoor) in het engels bleef communiceren. Om onze vakantie verder niet te laten beïnvloeden hebben we het daarbij gelaten.'

Ein wunderbarer Ort der Ruhe in Mitten von Oliven-, Mandel- und Feigenbäumen, von welchen es auch Kostproben im liebevoll zusammengestellten Frühstücksbuffet gab. 'Wonderful property in a great location. Stunning views from the terrace. Conveniently located for bars and restaurants and only a short walk from Palma centre. Well insulated from the street nightlife noise at the weekend. Just worth noting the 3rd bedroom is smaller than the others and access to the roof terrace is through the small bedroom. '

'Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. 'We had a wonderful week’s stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation. From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for. Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering...

'No A/C as advertised. Battle with property managers for a repair, never happened. Horrible attitude, thought WE were lying. It was 80 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Windows are nailed shut except for one. Miserable stay. Also there are not 2 bedrooms. It’s one bedroom and an open loft with no privacy and very noisy. This listing has fraudulent details. Avoid.'

'Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great and attentive host. The AC is centralized and you need to have it in a while before the apt cools down. Otherwise there enough accommodation and house hold appliances for cleaning clothes, ironing, and doing some simple cooking. The host was responsive on WhatsApp and helpful where they could.'

'Great apartment in a convenient location off the most beaten paths. Clean, in great shape but oh the stairs! Straight up to the third floor and the rise (approximately 9 inches+) would never ever meet codes in the USA. You won’t have to go to the gym after a few times up and down. Really, if you have difficulty climbing stairs absolutely do not stay here. Otherwise, this is a nice place.'

'Lovely property however if there are people staying above the noise travels alot due to the plumbing and the wooden floors. Sadly didnt sleep at all on night 2.
