'First, for the laundry room, it is coin-operated. I don't carry coins in general, but it is $3 each for the washer and dryer. The old washer and dryer are certainly an eyesore compared to the rest of the hotel. top blanket was a little scratchy, and it can get cool at night once the humidity breaks. Now for the main reason for the lack of stars. I liked the hotel, the staff, the room, most everything. But a few low-value items went missing from my room. The management said they were not at...

'Breakfast'

'There was tons of crumbs on the floor of the room. The air unit didn’t work and I went to the front desk to ask for help, I was told to just mess with it. I did try to troubleshoot it and it didn’t work. It was humid and muggy all night long. Super disappointed with this experience.'

'The hotel checked us in and the room was being painted. We tried to change rooms and apparently there was nothing left. We tried to sleep in the room but the fumes were so bad we all got headaches. We had to change hotels and they said they would discount the room, but could not verify that was going to happen until the manager came in later. We booked through a third party and they refunded five of the six nights. We were charged considerably more for the night we stayed and we still don't know...
