'The room was clean it was updated. The only bad thing is when you try to do a late check out they send you a text if you would like to check out later they charge you an amount. I submitted the request and when I called to see if it was approved they told me I needed to physically go to the front desk to get charged. Well, I did end up going to the front and they come to tell me that oh we will charge it to the card. So, we couldn’t do that over the phone?!?? Then they failed to tell me that...

'Mooi hotel. Aardig personeel voorzieningen prima'

'Breakfast very basic and oranges and bagels finished before the end of breakfast time, which is already at 9.00. Room was OK, but bath old and cracked. For what you pay it's OK, close to the trolley as well, but wouldn't stay a second time.'

'Superleuke plek met een fijn zwembad, mooie moderne kamers en vriendelijke behulpzame medewerkers. Je kunt voor de deur parkeren. De ruime kamers zelf zijn heerlijk fris en o wat een heerlijke douche!! Daarnaast is een eenvoudig grab & go ontbijt ook inbegrepen.'

'The hotel was very quiet and overall not bad however in the room the safes were locked the entire time and all the tv remotes were missing. With 3 kids it would’ve been nice to watch a movie at night. We finally got a remote but I just feel the constant reminding was unnecessary.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. AFTER GETTING HOME FROM MY STAY I WAS BITTEN EVERYWHERE, THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE I SLEPT FOR 2 DAY WHILE OUT IN SD.'

'The issue is that the AC unit was loud and that curtains would not completely block out the light from the outside. I tried all night to get curtains to stay completely closed but was unsuccessful. A bit pricey for not being able to sleep well during the stay due to the mentioned issues.'

'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'The property the staff and all the amenities were exceptional and well thought out. The one surprise I had was that they charge for parking on a daily basis ...Hmmm I wonder why ? The pet fee I was expecting but a flat pet fee of $75 and we only stayed two days. Makes me wonder if you can charge a daily fee for parking why not do the same for a pet fee. Otherwise I love this hotel and will stay there on my visits to San Diego. Minus my pet ha ha .. Thanx'
