'Really liked that it was on Ocean Drive and close to everything on South Beach ! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided free bottles of water, beach towels, advice etc. with a smile. We used the Sun loungers twice during our stay with no issues. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and made up every day. Nice size TV and fridge and air con all worked well. 'Location and room itself (210) with a balcony overlooking the street was AMAZING! However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. With a 6 am sunrise, it is super bright in the living room where the sofa queen is located. Texting with the host is pleasant, yet not helpful. 'Very clean. staff was pleasant. pool area and whole hotel was very cute. Great for content. Beach right around the corner five minute walk and they give you chairs. Literally no complaints.'

'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...
