'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). 'This property is not a hotel. It is an old, tired, dreary and run down ‘renovated’ tenament building, The sink drain didn’t work, the walls were stained and the mini fridge turned out not to be working with spoiled food in the morning. Expedia apparently did not vet this property and had the audacity to charge $212.00. I arrived at 8:00 pm to the hotel after a long day of travel. It was too late to find another nearby property. 'De dame aan de receptie was niet zo vriendelijk, wou zo snel mogelijk alles afhandelen. Spijtig dat het water niet werd aangevuld op onze kamer. De Airco bleef heel de nacht lawaai maken en toch werd de gekozen temperatuur nier bereikt.'
