'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

'Review is written from viewpoint of a super commuter who values price, convenience/proximity to subway, and has a private bathroom. Those boxes are all checked. The neighborhood is great - steps away from Threes Brewery and Nenes Tacqueria among many more restaurants. The hotel is very simple. The room admittedly was very small. Several subway options <10 minute walk. I would stay again. '
