'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro. The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks) Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

'The property is in Metro station, if your flight lands after Metro closes, there is no way to get to the property. We landed at 3 am and had to go round and round, get through an underground parking and taking a lift inside the closed Metro station, unsure if that was allowed. Took 20 MK s to check in, more document copies than immigration!'

'Deceiving and dated. The hotel location was completely different. From the map it was shown it was easily 30 min to 45min depending on the traffic. When inquired about this with the GM he responded it is expedia issue which was a strange answer. At a minimum this needs to be updated. Rooms were just okay, some maintenance issues, but reasonably clean. The only consolation was the breakfast and other staff members who were nice.'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...
