'The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous, with a delicious coffee shop. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of lovely food. Outside has building work,but is no reflection on the hotel. The pool is lovely but my biggest compliment is for the staff. Everyone was so very friendly and kind and went further than the extra mile when I needed help. I cannot express my thanks to them enough. A really excellent stay and great value for money. '

" Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves. Go for the food and avoid staying."
