'If you want easy access to SeaWorld Theme Park- then do it. Otherwise, don’t bother. The staff - particularly the managers - are abhorrent and rude. We checked into our room to find a broken toilet seat, bugs flying around and thick black hair all throughout the shower. Disgusting and insanitary. It’s unknown if the shower or bathroom was cleaned after the previous guests. When I flagged the issues and spoke with Suzanna (manager), she turned the tables on me and made it out to be my fault...

'Ontbijt was zeer slecht verzorgd. Er was brood om te roosteren met zoet beleg (jam en nutella). Geen kaas, vlees of ei. Wel 3 soorten seriels met melk. Helaas geen yoghurt. Koffie, thee en melk (ook amandel), Geen jus d orange of vruchtensap, wel water. Een appel of sinasappel als fruit na.'

'Pool and beach facilities were great- sailing and kayaking lots of fun. The room was small but clean. The outdoor corridors to the accomodation looked tired and need a refresh. Bathrooms need a refit.'
