'Great place to spend a few days. The beach access was nice and they have a couple pools. Room was clean and as advertised. There are a few different bars to choose from. The restaurant food was good, although in my opinion the prices are too high for what you get. But I would definitely stay here again. '

'Het is niet goedkoop maar het is een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en een super leuk zwempark. Wij komen hier echter niet meer terug. Het hotel was enorm druk waardoor het best een chaos is overal. Personeel doet zijn best maar echt bij alles moet je lang wachten, bij inchecken, voordat je koffers op je kamer zijn, bij uitchecken, bij de valet parking etc. Daarbij betaal je voor alles veel extra. Er is geen mini bar op de kamer. Dat vind ik voor de prijs die je betaald vreemd. Verder hebben...

Things began to get better last night with the service received after our calls and visit to the front desk concerning our overflowing toilet issue we had a chat with kevin at the front desk this morning. 'Prijs eten erg duur (niks bijzonders). Kamers zijn wel schoon zwarte verf laat los van de kranen, douche straal is zacht, personeel erg vriendelijk. Ze doen als een heel sjiek hotel voor maar de Eden Roc/Nobu hotel zitten in één gebouw.'

'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'
