Biggest negative is the staff which wasn't helpfull, didn't know anything about long distance call prices of what to do with a hurricane/tornado and the location of our room next to the exit of the cleaning. This went on all day. Furthermore for an hotel that's 2-3 years old, horrible showerheads. '
