'This Sands is a very clean hotel with simple and functional furnishings and a great swimming pool! I found the pool a great place to get some sun and a quick swim. It is on the border of La Jolla, but about halfway between Pacific Beach and downtown La Jolla. The front desk, staff person, and all of the housekeeping and service staff were very friendly and helpful.'

'This was our first time staying at Loews. We love Coronado, and San Diego in general, and live about an hour away so it’s always a nice getaway. This hotel is about 5 miles past hotel Del Coronado just across from Silver-strand Beach. 'The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper.'

'easy stay for a quick visit to family. We needed a place to sleep and this was perfect for that. The bathrooms were a bit small, but again, we used and had what we had. Quick check in and great communication to book and request for extra towels. '

'These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out.
