'Being a seasoned traveler and doing extensive research on everywhere I stay - The Langham hotel stood out to me. From the concierge welcome, taking our bags out of the car and bringing to our room, free parking, wonderful and quick check in. This was just to start - the room was immaculate, the nicest hotel I have stayed in. 'Great little place in Kirra. We had room number 3 which was spacious with the exception of the bathroom. But don't bother about this, because you won't spend to much time there. Shower quality was great, but most of all, everything was up to par. Yes you could hear the road and airplanes, but the bed was great, and the airco quiet. and most of all, great coffee, nice people and a spacious fridge. The deck has a nice seating area, and towels you can borrow. Parking is free alongside the motel...

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer.
