'Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location.'

'The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend.'

'The property was so clean and tidy and well decorated. The location was great for me and my friend who were staying as we were working on decorating a house in Tampa. This is a South Tampa location. The sheets and the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced and in fact I contacted the owners to find out what brand name the pillows and sheets were. There was no pool at this location which was fine with with us. I would stay again at this property.Yvette '

'We received very personalized service from the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. The unit served our needs well with its two bedroom/two bath set up. It was very clean and quiet and we enjoyed the workout room too.'
