'Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs.'

'Lovely room at the top of 2 flights of stairs. Enough space for the 2 of us and luggage. Clean. Good shower. A good selection of tea &coffee. A payable mini bar. Good shower and the host has some toiletries for use if you’d forgotten anything. The location is great 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants. My advice is read the message from the hotel with the check in details (I didn’t) it a key lock box the code is in the message attachment . Jenny didn’t mind at all that I hadn’t read it...

'Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!'

Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days) Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments" Staff were very friendly and cheerful'

'Loved our stay in the pod at the Inn. Access was swift and we even stayed for dinner, which was lovely. Breakfast was continental and was plentiful. Accommodation was clean as the pod looked crisp and new. Basic utensils for an obvious one night stay. Only two blips which were incidentals - no tea towel ( probably forgotten) and the batteries in the remote control for the tv - weren't working but this wouldn't prevent us from recommending or revisting. Lovely local pub, pod and beautiful...

'The room was dirty full of flies, spiders and cobwebs. The tv remote had not batteries, the lights had no light bulbs, the dressing table mirror was broken and just placed on the table, the shower had its own mind temperature kept going from hot/cold although setting was set to hot. I request an iron and board on arrival and after staying 4. Nights never actual got this & also requested bath towels again request not completed and to top it off I found cannabis in one of the drawers in the room...

'Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove.
