'The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. '

'The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.'

'The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.'

'Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war schlecht. Das Bad war alt und schmuddelig, keinerlei Ausstattung z.B. Fön.Die Fenster waren verdreckt und funktionierten nicht. Die Wohnung lag direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Bahnstrecke. Der Hausflur war schmutzig. Alles in allem kann ich einen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen.'

'The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best.'
