'Lovely house, spotlessly clean. Heating was on when we arrived and the Christmas tree was twinkling. The house is spacious and welcoming. The hosts are very helpful. 'Communication after booking with Vrbo was awful. Heard nothing from Vrbo when I called they told me that the property manager did not use the Vrbo system for communicating with the customer. Spoke with letting agent but access documentation didn't arrive till the day before we were due to start our journey so no time for pre-planning. The property was spacious.
