'Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as...

'We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!'
