'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. 'The main issue we had as there is no sign on the building! There is no way to identify you have arrived at the location. You have to get the room key from a store near the building ( we had to ask people in the street and eventually another store owner took us to the right store to get the key) very unprofessional and frustrating. '

'5 minutes from the Juneau Airport, but you must call a taxi company to take you there, no shuttle. Walking is theoretically possible but only for the ambitious. Phone communication with hotel front desk was with non-native speaker and hard to understand. On-site front desk staff at arrival was non-existent but to be fair was elsewhere doing maintenance, so I had to search for them. The Hotel Desk is only open from 7am-11pm, this is not specified on the listing - problem if you have a late flight...

'Room was excellent. It seemed new or nearly new. Bathroom was very clean. It has a kitchen, which was also very clean. Loved the comfortable mattress, but I like fluffy, pillow top soft mattresses. For a remote place in Alaska, this hotel is probably the cleanest and best I have personally experienced at this price point. Airport shuttle provides free ride. Two-three blocks to tour busses at Harrigan Centennial Hall. Hotel has no restaurant. Highlander coffee shop is updated, clean and modern...
