'Cindy’s place is so charming. She and her daughter who have renovated this property must be artists. You can tell it has been a labor of love. They have been thoughtful about their place and added lovely and functional touches all over the home. It was absolutely perfect for my bestie two-person getaway. Two twin beds, but very comfy and gave us each our own space. I love the history of the home, the area, and the accessibility to the beautiful town of Seward. We’ll be back!! '

'The unit was one of a variety of cabins on the property. The layout of the cabin was a bit of a surprise as the listing on Expedia didn’t specifically identify the photos for each cabin. What we missed was a chair or two to sit on other than on the bed, but once seeing the size of the unit, it would be difficult to find room for that. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We prepared a meal there. The deck has a lovely forest view which we enjoyed....

'We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. The location was good, and we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was great - we couldn't have asked for anything better. '

'Liked that it was rustic and cozy, didn't like that at the common fireplace area there were many cigarette butts scattered around on the ground, There was no convenient place for smokers to discard them. '

'The place was super cute super clean great for what I needed it for the only thing is in the listing I was not aware that it was connected to other units but still have a great overall experience!'

'We had a great time in Homer. This cabin was simple, but nice. In a very quiet area not far from town. Host provided fresh fruit and coffee -- nice touch! '

'Great house. The location is perfect for exploring the peninsula. A bbq outside for preparing the fish we caught at kasilof. The owners came out to welcome us. Great experience.'

'We stayed for just one night while in town for a company event and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the host and their family were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property itself felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful—truly a quiet oasis. The lakefront setting was stunning, with beautiful views and a private dock that made the short stay feel like a true getaway. It was the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with friends and family. '

'Enjoyed our stay at Slumber village! Close to restaurants, easy to find, off street parking, and inside, towels fluffy, heater worked well for those cold Alaska nights, bed comfortable. We didn’t cook so cannot comment on oven or stovetop. Tall dining table with stools in front room. Had a request and on site host able to respond promptly. Even forgot an item and host sent it by mail back to my home when meet up timing didn’t work for both parties! I would rent here again. '

'It’s a small little bungalow perfect for a couple staying in Anchorage.'

'This little studio completely exceeded our expectations. It's in the perfect place for quick access to anywhere in Homer, has stunning views from the front deck, and is so clean, well decorated and comfortable - we were sad to leave. 10/10 recommend. '

'My wife and I stayed one night and as a hobby wood worker I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to stay at Carriage House. The timber frame structure was beautiful, the custom cabinets and trim were impeccable, and the gazebo that housed the hot tub has to been seen to be appreciated. Ladies, if your man likes to work with wood this is a place they've got to see. '

'My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights here while visiting Denali NP. We were about 15 min away from the visitor center and very close to gas stations/restaurants. The property is immaculate, well stocked, clean, and quiet and restful. We highly recommend and would love to return for a future stay!'

'Salty Sam's Cozy Downtown home is exactly what it says. Do not let the size fool you, as this little home is the perfect size for a couple trying to escape the hustle and bustle. Lots of thoughtful amenities are provided and location couldn't be better.'

"Voor deze prijs (€ 260) mag je iets meer verwachten. Het was er ronduit smerig, bruine vlekken op de zijkant van het bed, een dekbed zonder overtrek als sprei op het bed. De kussenslopen waren te klein, hierdoor kon je de viezige kussens goed bekijken. Bij het 2e bed, hing de halve onderkant er los onder. Schimmel in de badkamer, tegels en bad gelig. De badkamerdeur was van buiten op slot gevallen, kregen we zelf niet open. Er kwam iemand na 30 minuten om het op te lossen. Op de hele galerij hangen asbakken. In je bed kon je de sigarettenrook ruiken. De shuttle was goed geregeld, afstand naar vliegveld ca. 5 minuten."
