'We stayed here for 23 nights while I was treated at Mayo Clinic, which was about 10 Minutes away and very convenient. This is exactly as described. It’s in a new area and has easy access. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4 and so there was some noise from the upstairs and downstairs apartments, but overall it was quiet and private., and we felt safe. There is a clubhouse close that has a great pool and hang out area. The small balcony faces some woods and the walking track where we watched...
