'The Ponte Vedra Inn and club prides itself on service-upscale amenities- right now the resort is going through refurbishment so the risk -no family pool or adult pool or any appropriate beach access point they also have very limited dining right now the golf club room is it-so despite the setbacks due to the reconstruction, they still always maintain a high level of service just be cautious. 'The room we got was not as advertised. 14 minutes away from the beach. No elevator, no ice nearby, no laundry, no housekeeping. Carpet in the room and not well decorated. our view was of an AC unit. Plenty of Roaches waiting for us every night outside our door. Last year, we booked the exact same stay as this year through Expedia and it was a night and day experience.'
