'This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color. The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel. '

'No hot water and wasn’t informed until after I arrived, no discount on room. Asked us if we wanted money to the bar but it smelled really bad in the lobby so we didn’t even use it. Sink randomly '

'Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous. Hotel is fine and respects the era. '
