'Easy parking, nice enough property, they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early They made us feel welcome but two different times mentioned “oh you have an Expedia reservation” in a way that sounded slightly inadequate '

'I always give this place five stars. It’s conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic, where I receive medical treatment, so I stay here often and it truly feels like a second home. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and both Walmart and Publix are just a short drive away. I especially appreciate having a full kitchen, which makes longer stays much easier and more comfortable. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean every time I visit. Highly recommend!'

'I booked this property because of the reviews stating how clean it was and I’m glad I did. The room was EXTREMELY CLEAN! The man working the desk was polite, friendly, and super helpful. Definitely a hidden gem. '

'Good location and nice rooms. Materials used to build seem cheap and property looks to have some damage and not well done rooms/bathrooms (lack of attention to details). Overall, staff was very friendly and the room was nice and cleaned correctly. '

'The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.'

'Rooms couldn’t separate noises from door way of the building or next room’s TV sounds. People had a party (drinking alcohol, laughing and loudly talking) at the door way outside rooms from 9:00pm to 5:00am and make the customers at other rooms couldn’t sleep at all. Called the front desk for helping to intervene them and to have their party at their room but the front desk people fear to intervene. '
