'The call centre number was not updated and the front desk of the resort didnt answer there phone. We were told there was a dock (we came by boat) and live music that began at 7 - the pub was closed since last summer. The internet didnt work, and the info book that was in our room said there was a grab and go breakfast nook that was open from 7am-3pm - it was not open. All of this being said it could have all been avoided if it gave dates of the off season and when the peak season began. I...

'The lodge was located in a unique place, secluded in a woody area with a lovely garden. It has a large deck creating possibilities for a lovely morning breakfast, reading a book, enjoying the view of the garden or a long dinner in the evening (Summer time of course)'
