'This is a lovely little self-contained casita in the backyard of a very nice home. It was perfect for our short stay. It does not have a kitchen but the hosts have equipped it with small appliances and utensils that make it quite easy to make quick comfort food. The neighborhood is very nice but the home next door is undergoing what appears to be a complete renovation so there were building noises up to about 5 pm. After that, all was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.'

'4.5 Stars. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good communication and easy check-in. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. We came during hot weather, and were a bit surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning. It was pretty warm inside, so keep this in mind if you come during the summer. Apparently, many homes in Vancouver do not have air conditioning. The neighborhood is close to downtown, and seems quite safe. There are quite a few stores, restaurants and bars...

'This property is super clean. Hats-off to how well they maintain the place. John responds quickly to any inquiries. The property is close to a lot of restaurants, groceries and other conveniences. And is only a few minutes to downtown Vancouver by car. Parking is available on the property. Highly recommend this rental.'
