'The apt is in the backyard of a nice house with beautiful garden. The place is clean, reasonably quiet and private. It's bigger than what the pictures show and is quite comfortable for 2 of us to stay. The host was warm and welcoming and even gave us a ride when ran into each other. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting. Thank you Laura!'

'We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would...

'Our host were very accommodating for our need to drop off our luggage early so we could drop off our car in town and come back later on. Very clean. Very gracious very friendly. Just perfect for an overnight return trip from Vancouver.'

'A peaceful and super clean place in Richmond! The garden view is beautiful, the space was spotless, and the host was very nice and responsive. No kitchen but perfect for a relaxing stay. -Bring your own bottled water ( free 1 bottled water or 2) -lots of tea -espresso machine ( bring your own coffee) -the room is very very clean Would definitely come back! '

'We had a great stay. Alison was always quick to answer our messages. The place was clean and supplied with the basic necessities: towels, soap, sheets and blanket, etc. The appliances were new and awesome: ceiling fans, oven/stove/microwave, keurig, washer and dryer, adjustable bed. The hot tub was a nice perk! It's a great backyard space that is shared with the hosts and their lovely dog Timber. I really enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside and reading. All in all, couldn't ask for a better...

'Perfectly situated accommodation near the children’s hospital. The internet was good, suite was clean and beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be a grab handle at the tub/shower?? Young people would not even notice this but I’m not so young anymore. This was an excellent place to stay for appointments. '
