'When I first got there and went to the check in desk, They had my paperwork laid out on their counter ready to go. No waiting. We were hoping for a ground floor room, but we were given a second story, no elevator. Not their fault, and they informed us that in the future we can call after making our reservations and tell them we need ground floor. We are both in our 60s and not the best shape so that will come in handy. The guy behind the desk did come running when he saw me coming down with bags...
